The development of Relationship Intelligence (r.IQ) has kept us moving toward one constant goal: our unwavering commitment to helping people achieve power and confidence in learning and understanding the way in which people are connected to, behave toward, and interact with each other. Relationship Intelligence is the study and practice of interpersonal dynamics in motion in the service of answering any questions about how our sense of self is sculpted, why we are attracted to certain people, how to get our needs met, and what are the most useful methods for handling moments of distress, disappointment, and discouragement.
Our Nuts & Bolts workshop helps people learn the basics of turning person-to-person conflict into meaningful connection and lasting confidence. When this skill is refined, you will strengthen relationships, build self-awareness, and fulfill your most basic needs for respect, belonging, and being understood. You will experience a boosted sense of well-being and deep happiness with regained balance and power.
