WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
Define relationship intelligence, learn key skills to profit from conflict, and develop the ability to improve one’s sense of closeness with important others
Learn the basics of the developing brain – what fires together wires together
Gain critical insights about the neurobiology of distress and conflict, social cognition, affect regulation, resilience, and identity development
Understand the essentials of Relationship Intelligence (r/IQ), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB).
Discover and explore the basic building blocks and core components of Relationship Intelligence (r/IQ)
Appreciate the usefulness behind the phrase “low profile and high impact”
Review, observe, and practice r/IQ Nuts & Bolts skills; discover the power within you and move toward becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be inside important relationships
