Couples

  • r/IQ Center 7120 East Orchard Road, Suite 450 Centennial, CO 80111 United States (map)

Much of self-help psychology encourages people to become real, to embrace their authentic self, or otherwise move beyond being the person they believe they’re supposed to be.  At r/IQ, we focus on helping individuals move toward becoming the person they've always wanted to be.  This is accomplished by blending together the person we've become over time with the person we turn into during our most difficult times.

To help you move in the direction of greater contentment, fulfillment, and mastery, our couples workshop teaches people how to balance the pursuit of authentic self inside an intimate relationship by learning how to deal effectively with everyday stress, repeating dramas, unpleasant disconnections, and complex life situations.  You will gain insight into critical life lessons, become acutely aware of patterns of distress, and understand how to turn conflict into deeper and more predictable connections.
