Learning how to be smart and savvy when dealing with our children during challenging moments is the framework for our parenting support workshop. We get little practice prior to becoming parents, and we either do what our parents did, do the opposite of what our parents did, follow the latest parenting trends or parent self-help books, or simply step away from conflict because we feel unskilled, ineffective, and overwhelmed. Parenting with Relationship Intelligence equips you to develop a parenting style that meshes with your sense of self so to deal with the ups and downs of childrearing in a manner that helps you feel in-control, powerful, and one-step ahead of the problem.
The r.IQ parenting workshop teaches you how to be inclusive, instead of intrusive; guides you to be in-control rather than controlling; and, instead of having your past dictate your reactions, r/IQ shows you how to learn the right lessons from your past and become the parent you've always wanted to be.
